1.1. Dynamic Segments
Segments are groups of users that are automatically formed based on set rules. For example, you can create a segment of all new subscribers or those who haven't logged into the product for more than 30 days.

How to set up:
- In the
Contacts
section, click + Add filter - Select the needed attributes (registration date, last seen, demographics)
- Save the segment with a clear name
1.2. Manual Tags
Tags are applied manually (or through Workflows) to individual users or conversations and help group VIP customers, beta testers, or mark leads for partnerships.
